We’re excited to introduce Mark, who joins us as an Analyst Developer.

He brings over 20 years of experience in Higher Education, with a strong background in admissions, student records, and system integration. Having played a key role in a full Student Record System replacement as the Admissions Lead, Mark has extensive experience in process development, system testing, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration.

His technical expertise, leadership, and deep understanding of HE processes make him a valuable addition to our team. Mark will be working with our university partners on student records and data integration projects, and we can’t wait for him to make an impact at PACT.

What excites you most about joining PACT Solutions?
I’m excited to bring my experience in student records and admissions to PACT Solutions, working on innovative projects that enhance how universities manage their data. The opportunity to collaborate with a team that values both technical expertise and process improvement is something I’m really looking forward to.

What project or achievement are you particularly proud of?
One of my proudest achievements was leading the Admissions team during a full Student Record System replacement at Solent University. It was a complex, large-scale project where I played a key role in defining processes, ensuring data integrity, and training staff. Seeing the transition come together successfully was incredibly rewarding.

Analytical, collaborative, and proactive.

What are you looking forward to in your new role?
I’m looking forward to working with university partners to improve their student records and data processes. I enjoy problem-solving and finding efficient solutions, so I’m eager to dive into projects that make a real impact.

I love gaming and always keep up with the latest PC gaming tech. I’ve built every PC I’ve ever owned! Whether it’s optimising performance or testing out new hardware, I enjoy the hands-on side of gaming just as much as playing.
