Who We’re Looking For
Our projects cover a broad range of digital transformation initiatives, from modernising student records systems to implementing advanced data integration and reporting solutions. We work with universities to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and ensure seamless connectivity between critical systems. To do this, we need talented people across a range of roles, including:

 

1. Architects
  • Experience designing scalable and secure system architectures
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, and integration solutions like Mulesoft or Boomi
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, API strategy, and event-driven integration
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business and strategic objectives

 

2. Integration Specialists
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Mulesoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms
  • Knowledge of student records systems like SITS or Banner
  • Expertise in data migration, transformation, and automation

 

3. Business Analysts
  • Strong background in higher education or digital transformation projects
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

 

4. Project Managers
  • Experience delivering IT and digital transformation projects in higher education
  • Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including system migrations and integrations

 

5. Data & Reporting Specialists
  • Expertise in Power BI, data warehousing, and analytics
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reports that support university decision-making
  • Strong understanding of data governance and compliance

 

6. University Experts
  • Senior-level experience in professional services roles within universities
  • Deep understanding of university structures, governance, and operations
  • Ability to translate academic and administrative needs into digital transformation solutions
  • Experience in student lifecycle management, admissions, registry, timetabling, finance, or HR functions

 

7. Junior Management Consultants
  • Interest in digital transformation and higher education
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to support projects, research, and client engagements
