Summer supported organisations in growing their project teams through conferences, business and network development, and headhunting niche roles and skillsets.
Summer’s understanding of account management and project success gave her the skillset to move into a highly diverse role within PACT Solutions Operations team.
At PACT Solutions, Summer applies her expertise within People Operations, supporting recruitment and a range of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and operational processes.
She also works closely within multiple departments to strengthen internal systems across marketing, project administration, and finance.
Summer is particularly focused on developing clear, purposeful procedures that improve organisation, cohesion, and efficiency across the business.
Driven by personal development and new challenges, Summer thrives on trying new things.
