With almost 20 years of experience leading projects and change across the non-profit and higher education sectors, Sarah specialises in navigating complex, high-stakes change where multiple stakeholders each have a strong vision of what good looks like.
She is particularly drawn to digital transformation for the opportunity it creates to surface connections, untangle longstanding problems, and build the conditions for lasting change.
Sarah is a firm believer that while collaboration may not be the easy path it's almost always the right one. Bringing the right people together, creating the conditions for honest conversation, and building genuine shared understanding is, in her experience, how change sticks best.

Outside of work, Sarah is happiest outdoors either under trees in a forest or walking beside the water. When the weather has other ideas, you’ll find her on the sofa indulging her first love: films.
