Rosie Bryce
Consultant
Rosie has spent her career at the intersection between data, action, and strategy, most recently as Business Insight and Analytics Manager at the University of Salford where her work has spanned predictive analytics, AI governance, and various projects linking education, skills, and economic strategy across Greater Manchester.
Before that, she held analyst and strategy roles at Manchester Metropolitan University, including co-authoring the University’s TEF submission and supporting the development of the institutional Education Strategy. With an MA in Philosophy and a PGDip in Psychology, she brings an unusually wide lens to data work, helping to translate technical language into meaningful recommendations and insight, bridging the gap between data and decision-making at senior level.
Rosie is also passionate about communication and data leadership, and has been recognised for this in her award of an AdvanceHE Fellowship in 2026. At PACT, Rosie helps institutions build data and AI capability that makes a meaningful positive impact on the lives of students and colleagues.
