Digital Transformation for Higher Education
At PACT, Oli leads consulting engagements from early discovery through to delivery, working with university partners to understand the challenges across the student journey and shape clear, practical programmes of work. He focuses on ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, clear priorities and measurable outcomes that partners can sustain long after implementation. Oli works closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex challenges into structured delivery plans and high-performing teams. Alongside programme leadership, he also helps identify new opportunities where PACT can support universities with transformation, ensuring the firm’s work is grounded in practical delivery experience and long-term sector partnerships.
Oli lives in Bristol with his family and spends most of his time outside work trying to keep up with two energetic young children. Weekends usually involve long walks, bike rides and the occasional attempt at DIY.
Earlier in life he was heavily involved in BMX racing and spent several years DJing, playing across local venues and events. These days the bike rides are calmer and the music tends to be played in the kitchen while cooking rather than in clubs.
When time allows, he still enjoys discovering new music, getting outdoors and finding small projects around the house that may or may not get finished.
