Before joining PACT Solutions in April 2026, Michelle built a strong career in IT project management with 9 years IT Contractor experience working within finance, insurance, communications, charitable and central government sectors. This was followed by 6 years permanent employment within a small and rapidly growing software house where her role focused on project management, business analysis and lean systems development. For the last ten years, Michelle has been running her own physical and online retail business, giving her valuable skills in business management. Michelle’s understanding of diverse business demands, combined with project success gave her the skillset to move into a highly diverse role within PACT Solutions Operations team. within PACT Solutions Operations team. At PACT Solutions, Michelle is covering Summer’s maternity leave, applying her expertise within People Operations, supporting recruitment and a range of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and operational processes. She also works closely with multiple departments to strengthen internal systems across marketing, project administration, and finance. Michelle is particularly focused on developing clear, purposeful procedures that improve organisation, cohesion, and efficiency across the business.
