Before joining PACT Solutions, Joe was an analytics leader with 18 years’ experience across multiple sectors, focused on delivering data strategy, governance, and insight using Tableau, SQL, and Excel. His audit-level attention to detail meant he was trusted with capital markets and results-day reporting, where accuracy and reliability were critical. He also led the transition from siloed spreadsheet reporting to scalable, database-led BI. More recently, Joe built and managed analytics teams, mentoring analysts and setting strong standards for data quality. At PACT Solutions, Joe works as a data consultant and account manager, partnering with universities to unlock the value of their data through analytics, integrations, governance, and strategy. He is genuinely enthusiastic about data and enjoys helping teams build confidence and understanding, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge so institutions can take ownership of their insights. Friendly and approachable, Joe is always happy to talk data and support universities on their data journey.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active and playing sport, regularly playing padel and table tennis, and has committed to running a 10k race every month in 2026.
He likes experimenting with small data projects in his spare time as a way to keep learning, and also spends time attempting DIY around the house and garden (results may vary!).
