Throughout her career, Chloe has played a key role in scaling business operations, improving internal processes, and supporting growth. Chloe has extensive experience across recruitment delivery, people operations, and systems improvement, with a strong track record of bringing structure and efficiency to fast-paced, growing organisations.

At PACT Solutions, Chloe leads People and Operations, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen how the business hires, onboards, and supports its people while improving internal operational systems and processes. She plays a central role in scaling the organisation, owning end-to-end recruitment delivery and aligning hiring with project demand and business growth. Alongside people operations, Chloe focuses on improving internal systems and ways of working internally. She is particularly focused on building clear, scalable processes, increasing operational discipline, and ensuring strong coordination across the business to support high-quality delivery.
