Business Change Manager – Contract

Due to the growth of the business we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Business Change Manager .
During, and beyond this project, you’ll also contribute to our broader consulting services -supporting business development, shaping digital strategies, and helping universities across the UK transform the way they operate.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile and proactive Change professional to make a significant impact with both our partners and internally at PACT Solutions. Alongside leading change initiatives, you will take on broader consultancy responsibilities, helping to shape our business strategy and support internal growth.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives within partner projects, focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Consultancy & Project Delivery: Collaborate with university partners to design and implement strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Business Support: Contribute to PACT Solutions’ internal growth by supporting business development, improving internal processes, and assisting with strategic planning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and delivering exceptional service.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance project delivery and partner outcomes.
